Flight of Passage: A Memoir
Writer Rinker Buck looks back more than 30 years to a summer when he and his brother, at ages 15 and 17 respectively, became the youngest duo to fly across America, from New Jersey to California. Having grown up in an aviation family, the two boys bought an old Piper Cub, restored it themselves, and set out on the grand journey. Buck is a great storyteller, and once you get airborne with the boys you find yourself absorbed in a story of adventure and family drama. And Flight of Passage is also an affecting look back to the summer of 1966, when the times seemed much less cynical and adventures much more enjoyable.

Question by Austin N: do open windows and windy conditions out side make air travel through the house or sucks air out?
I lite insense in my room and my parents don’t like the smell of them so I open my window to let all of the smoke out, but if its windy outside does it push the smoke through the cracks ontop and above my door or does it suck air through from the other side?
The window is facing south and the wind is blowing from the south at 15-21MPH

from the window facing the oncoming wind, the wind would tend to enter the house and try to filter through them on the north side of the house. How good it is depends on how the house is sealed. Most likely, the smoke clears bit through the rest of the house, if no other windows or doors are open.

response Nety
Try a window fan in your window -… adjust the Insense about 4 “of him, you will always effect Insense but not overwhelming, and as you said it depends a lot on how the wind blows
